Description:
The naimag32.exe process is contained in the antivirus protection suite of Network Associates. It checks for updates on the local server. From there, it launches local security policies that are specified within the ePolicy Orchestrator. Continued PC stability and security are hinged on this program being present so it would not be a good idea to terminate it.
Recommendation:
